Unless you are picking up your purchase at one of the SPDN dealerships, you will benefit from our free overnight FedEx® shipping anywhere in the United States. For your protection, an adult over 21 years of age must be on location to sign for the package even if you make other agreements with FedEx® or its agents.
Should you need delivery to a FedEx® location, or some other place that is not your home, please call or e-mail one of our Customer Service consultants. They will be happy to help you.

We give you plenty of time to make sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Sasha Primak jewelry, return it in original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange – no questions asked.* Just call or e-mail one of our Customer Service consultants to obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) code and all relevant shipping instructions.
Once we receive your return and our Quality Control team accepts it, your refund or new item will be processed in just several days. We will not accept returns of jewelry that has been damaged in any way, that shows signs of wear, or that has been altered or resized by jewelers unaffiliated with Sasha Primak. Lost diamond certificates will be assessed a $175 replacement charge each. Returns without an R.A. code and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
If you accepted delivery at one of the SPDN dealership locations, return it directly to them and follow their return instructions. Otherwise, just read through our Return Shipping Instructions and please make sure to follow them precisely to ensure a smooth return.
*The 30-day money back guarantee can only be utilized for one item per customer. Please make your decisions carefully.

Special Order Policies
Purchases defined as “Special Orders” cannot be returned or exchanged. A Special Order can be defined as:
a) Any jewelry item that is not available for purchase directly through SashaPrimak.com
OR
b) Any jewelry item
that is offered on SashaPrimak.com that requires modifications not available through the “Design Your Own” tool. For example, ordering a solitaire engagement ring with an Asscher-Cut diamond when only a Round is offered in the “Design Your Own” tool.

Lifetime Warranty
Every piece of Sasha Primak jewelry reveals a meticulous and thorough creation process which allows us to confidently stand behind everything we make. Our jewelry is incredibly well-crafted and the quality is guaranteed for life, ensuring that you can cherish it for many generations to come.
If at any point, regardless of whether it is before or after the 30 day money-back guarantee period, your jewelry becomes damaged due to a defect in its structural integrity, we will correct it at no charge to you.
This warranty is fully supportive in enforcing the regulation above and cannot be applied to any component parts, such as diamonds or chains, and will not be honored towards jewelry that has been detectably abused, mistreated, and/or extensively worn. In addition, this warranty does not cover any physical loss of jewelry or its components. If you suffer a loss of jewelry, report it immediately to your insurance company.

Upgrades & Exchanges
You have the right to upgrade or exchange your Sasha Primak jewelry for as long as you own it. If a day comes when you decide you want to upgrade or exchange the jewelry item that you purchased on SashaPrimak.com, we will honor its full market value at the time of exchange and allow that credit to be used towards a new Sasha Primak jewelry item of equal or greater value.

Maintenance & Resizing
It is recommended that every three years or so you send your Sasha Primak jewelry back to us for maintenance. Our comprehensive cleaning and evaluation services involve checking settings to make sure all diamonds are securely in place, making adjustments if necessary, and a thorough cleaning of the entire piece of jewelry. This is provided by Sasha Primak as a complimentary service.
If upon inspection of your jewelry our quality control department feels that more extensive repair work is necessary, we will inform you immediately. If, however, you do not authorize the recommended repairs, we reserve the right to refuse standard maintenance. This is for your own protection: if certain repairs are not performed first, standard maintenance might cause further damage to your jewelry.
If your ring feels too loose or too tight and you would like it to be resized, please contact one of our Customer Service consultants to see if your particular ring can be altered. For rings that allow for resizing, we offer complimentary service to enlarge or reduce it up to one finger size. If more extensive sizing is required, it often requires extra work and/or materials, therefore could be subject to an additional charge.
Return Shipping Instructions
For a variety of possible reasons, you may need to send your diamond(s) and/or jewelry to Sasha Primak. Please make sure you follow these simple steps very carefully to ensure a safe, secure, and worry-free shipment. Failure to follow these instructions may result in loss of product and/or your rights with Sasha Primak.
1. Contact a Sasha Primak Customer Service consultant to obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) code.
2. Place your diamond(s) and/or jewelry in its original packaging or some similar box to protect it. Make sure to include all original boxes, diamond certificates, and collateral material. Pack this box within the shipping box of the carrier you are using. Use a BOX not an envelope.
(NOTE: Do not put the words “Sasha Primak,” “Diamonds,” “Jewelry,” or any such term on the outside of the shipping box.)
3. Write the R.A. code provided to you on the shipping box next to the shipping label, making sure it is visible.
4. You must insure your package for the full current replacement value of your diamond(s) and/or jewelry. If you need an updated value, please contact us and we will help you determine it.
(NOTE: FedEx will only insure your package up to $500. If the value of your diamond(s) and/or jewelry exceeds this, please make arrangements with the United States Postal Service (USPS). To insure a value over $5,000, you can use the Registered Mail service provided by USPS.)
5. Make sure that the carrier you use provides you proof of delivery so that you can track your package en route to its destination.

7. We will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your package to confirm that the delivery was successful and that your diamond(s) and/or jewelry arrived in good condition.
Sasha Primak and its SPDN affiliates are not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment. If we suspect such occurrence, you will be notified immediately.
